SightBridge Mobile Vision

SightBridge Mobile Vision is a nonprofit mobile optometry clinic delivering affordable and accessible eye care to underserved communities across Connecticut. From school children to seniors, we bring comprehensive eye exams and prescription eyewear directly to those who need it most – no matter where they are.

Reduced Fee Program

At SightBridge Eye Physicians and Surgeons (and our nonprofit initiative, SightBridge), we believe that everyone deserves access to quality eye care—regardless of insurance status or financial situation.

For patients without insurance or those facing financial hardship, we offer reduced or sliding-scale fees on select services and optical products.

These discounts are based on eligibility and are designed only to cover the cost of materials and basic services.

Please note:

Reduced fees are available upon request and subject to approval.

Proof of income or financial status may be required.

This program is part of our community care mission and is not an insurance substitute. Our goal is to ensure that no patient is denied essential eye care due to financial limitations.

Virtual Eye Exams

A licensed optometrist conducts a full, comprehensive eye exam using advanced telehealth technology.

On-Site Lens Fabrication

With our onboard lab, we can craft and fit custom prescription glasses the very same day.
