Our Mission

The primary mission is to provide mobile vision care services, health screenings, and related educational programs to underserved communities, especially seniors and low-income populations.

Our Vision

A world where everyone, regardless of income or location, has access to quality vision care and the opportunity to live a healthier, more independent life.

Access First

We go where the need is greatest. Our mobile clinics eliminate transportation, cost, and scheduling barriers that prevent millions from receiving eye care.

Community Partnership

We work alongside senior centers, schools, housing authorities, faith communities, and local health departments to ensure care reaches every corner of the communities we serve.

Innovation for Good

We leverage AI diagnostics, real-time referral systems, and on-board finishing labs not for profit, but to deliver faster, more accurate care at zero cost to patients.

Scalable Impact

Every process we build β€” from our EMR system to our modular clinic design β€” is engineered to be replicated globally, empowering local partners to sustain vision care independently.

Eye Care Is Not a Luxury.
It's a Right.

Over 1 billion people worldwide suffer from preventable vision loss β€” not because treatments don't exist, but because access doesn't. SightBridge exists to close that gap permanently.

From the streets of Connecticut to underserved regions across the globe, our E-450 Mobile Units bring fully equipped eye care clinics directly to communities that need them most. Seniors who can't drive. Children in under-resourced schools. Families without insurance.

We don't just screen β€” we solve. With our on-board finishing lab, patients leave with prescription glasses the same day. With our AI-powered referral loop, critical cases reach surgeons instantly.

Beyond the Bus,
We Provide the Brain.

Our proprietary Intelligence Hub EMR is offered free to partners, featuring a Rapid Referral Loop that connects patients to our Surgical Board in real-time.

By integrating Antigravity AI agents β€” including our Clinical Triage Agent and Billing Optimizer β€” we automate diagnostics and claims clearing, ensuring the focus remains on the patient.

Clinical Triage Agent

Analyzes incoming EMR data for high-risk markers β€” glaucoma, retinal detachment, cataracts β€” and auto-generates Priority Referral Tickets to the nearest surgical partner.

Billing & Claims Optimizer

Automatically maps encounters to ICD-10 ophthalmology codes, flags grant eligibility, and readies Medicare/Medicaid claims before the unit leaves the geofence.

Free EMR for Partners

NGOs, community health centers, and international partners get access to our custom EMR β€” powered by Shteg.ai β€” at zero cost, creating a permanent clinical network.
